The Juice House started with a simple question: why is it so hard to find something genuinely fresh on the highway? Not "fresh" in the marketing sense — actually pressed, actually baked, actually made that morning.

We opened our doors in Key Largo to give our neighbors and fellow travelers a place that takes ingredients seriously. Every juice is pressed to order. Every smoothie is blended thick. Every pastry comes out of our oven before the lunch rush.
